About the Opportunity
One of our leading technology clients is actively hiring multiple GenAI Engineers to join its AI Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced AI professionals to build next-generation Agentic AI solutions, develop enterprise-grade RAG applications, and take innovative AI concepts from Proof of Concept (POC) to Production.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building AI Agents, LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native AI solutions using Python and AWS. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring active coding, solution design, and enterprise AI application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered applications.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI agent frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based solutions.
- Take Proofs of Concept (POCs) through production deployment.
- Build scalable AI solutions using Python and AWS.
- Work with large-scale datasets and AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive AI adoption.
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise AI applications.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience developing RAG pipelines.
- Experience with AI Agents and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals.
- Experience working with AWS.
- Experience building scalable production-grade AI applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with multi-agent architectures.
- Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience taking AI applications from concept to production.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile engineering teams.

- Hybrid role based in Rockville, MD or McLean, VA.

About the Opportunity
One of our leading banking clients is actively hiring Business Systems Analysts β Salesforce to support enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud within the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and production support.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is mandatory.
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Financial Services Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Customer Onboarding, KYC, AML, CRM Modernization, or Client Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, data migration, and release management.
